It's a typical Tuesday night
I'm listening to the kind of music she doesn't like
and she'll never know your story like i do

It was Tuesday night and Sasuke was lying in his bed,listening to his i-Pod and thinking of Naruto like he always did. But this time it was different. He was thinking about something he heard earlier that day, and that was Sakura and Naruto arguing over the phone.

*Flashback*

"But Sakura-chan! I was only kidding! I didn't really mean it!" said a worried Naruto.

At this point, Sasuke was walking down the hallways of Konoha High School, heading home. But he heard what seemed like Naruto's voice and he sounded very concerned. So the ebony-haired boy decided to find where the voice was coming from and when he did, he spotted his best friend with his back turned to him, so he decided to eavesdrop on the conversation by hiding in the shadows.

"But Sakura-chan! I was only kidding! I didn't really mean it!" said a worried Naruto.
"I don't care! We are OVER Naruto! I never want to talk to you AGAIN!" screamed a pink haired girl over the phone.

She was screaming so loud that Sasuke could hear her loud and clear, like he was the one speaking to her over the phone.
'Over?' Thought the dark-haired boy 'That means this coulde be my chance!'
Yup, you guessed it. Ever since Naruto and Sakura started dating, Sasuke has been feeling abnormally jealous. At first, he thought that it could be because his best friend might grow apart from him, but as the time passed, he realized that friendship wasn't the only thing he felt for the the blonde boy.

*End flashback*

But she wears short skirts
I wear T-shirts
She's cheer captain
And I'm on the bleachers

'But there is no way that you could ever feel for me was I feel for you...Dobe.' Thought a sad Sasuke. 'What does that pink-haired b*tch have that I don't? Boobs? No wait...That can't be right. She doesn't have any.' Sasuke smirked to himself at the silent remark, before sighing and returning to his thoughts about the blonde dobe. His blonde dobe.

And those were Sasukes last thoughts as he drifted to sleep.

The next day, Sasuke and Naruto met at their way to school, like every other day. Although this time, Naruto seemed a bit down.

"Oi, what's up with you, usuratonkachi?" Asked Sasuke with his monotone voice, but inside he was worried about him. He wasn't being his usual self: grinning and ranting all the way to school. No. Instead he was very quiet and kept his face down, his bangs covering his beautiful baby-blue eyes that Sasuke could get lost in Oh-So-easily.
"Huh? Oh nothing, I'm totally fine, dattebayo!" Awnsered Naruto with a fake and forced smile, looking towards his best friend.
"Whatever Dobe."
Sasuke was utterly shocked inside that the blonde boy didn't retort to his 'Usuratonkachi' and 'Dobe' provocations, so he decide to cheer him up:
"Dobe?"
"What?"
"How about we ditch first period and go to Ichiraku's?"
"REALLY?! are you serious Teme?!" Asked Naruto looking at his best friend with a glint of hope in his eyes.
Sasuke smiled internally from the fact that he was able to get Naruto's full atention.
"Hn."
"Yatta! I love you Sasuke,dattebayo!!" Screamed Naruto as he glomped the dark-haired boy to the ground.
"What are you doing usuratonkachi? Get off me!"
"Come on! Let's go! The ramen awaits!" said the Uzumaki as he grabbed the Uchiha's wrist and dragged him to Ichiraku's.
'If only you meant what you said...Dobe' thought Sasuke as he allowed his best friend to drag him.

By now Naruto was chugging down his 3rd bowl of ramen as Sasuke watched amused at how much and how fast the blonde boy could eat.
"What are looking at, Teme? Do you want something?"
'Yes, YOU' *sigh* "No Dobe, I don't want anything"
"Whatever"
"Listen, are you gonna tell me what up with you or not?"
Naruto looked down at his ramen bowl, strands of hair covering his eyes.
"Dobe, I'm your friend. I know something's wrong with you. You can trust me"
"Sakura broke up with me" said Naruto in such a low tone that was barely above a whisper.
Sasuke put on a confused face "Why?" He asked.
"Because of a joke I made."
"What joke?"
"She was complaining about her breast being so small so I said for her to put two watermelons in her bra..."
Sasuke chuckled internally, but remained with his stoic expression on the outside and sighed.
"She doesn't deseve you"
Naruto looked up shocked at his best friend.
"What?"
"She doesn't deserve you" repeated Sasuke "If she's gonna be all b*tchy about that then she doesn't understand you at all. How many times have you made fun of me in ever more humilliating ways? And did i ever stopped talking to you?"asked the dark haired boy as he stood up from the table and put his backpack over his shoulder.
Narutos gaze softened and he copied Sasukes actions.
"Sasuke?"
"What, usuratonkachi?"
Naruto threw his arms around the Uchiha's waist and hid his face in the crook of Sasuke's neck, sobbing.
"Thank you...*sob*... Sasuke"
Sasuke was shocked for a moment but wraped his arms around the smaller boy's shoulders and rubbed a hand on the blonde's back, soothing him, as he closed his eyes and took in the blonde's scent, enjoying this moment more than anything in the world.
Neither boy wanted to let go. Naruto's sobs were long gone, yet he had his eyes closed as one of his hands that was previously around Sasuke's waist was now fisted in the front of the same boy's shirt, taking in the warmth of his best friend. Nothing had ever felt this good to Naruto. He felt warm, safe, happy...he felt complete.

As much as it hurt Naruto's pride, he didn't want to be alone that night. He wanted to feel the same way he felt when Sasuke's strong and warm arms where around him.
'Wait...WHAT AM I THINKING?! Sasuke's strong and warm arms?? Am I falling for him? Am i turning...GAY?!'
Thus explaining Sasuke's current situation being driving to his best friend's house in the middle of the night.
When he arrived at Naruto's place, the two sat watching tv and eating some popcorn.
"Dobe, these popcorn are burnt"
"Shut up, Teme! I tried to make them as edible as possible"
"You didn't quite succeed on that" remarked Sasuke.
"TEME!" growled Naruto
“It’s true! How do you expect to become someone great if you can’t even make decent popcorn for your friend?” mocked Sasuke with a smirk.
That was it. In a flash, Naruto had the dark haired boy’s arms pinned on the sides of his head, while straddling his hips.
"What are you doing, usuratonkachi?!"
"I'm shutting you up, dattebayo!"
"Yeah right, as IF"
"Shut up TEME"
"Make me" challenged Sasuke with a smirk plastered on his face.
Naruto looked down on his best friend and did the unthinkable.
He smashed his lips agains Sasuke's, who was blushing furiously and had his eyes the size of dinner plates.
But it all ended as soon as it started and in 3 seconds, the blonde was standing up and looked shocked at what he just did. He had his hands clamping his mouth and was looking at his best friend like he had just grown an extra head.
“Sasuke…I…I’m SO sorry…I don’t ….I just…”
Naruto turned around and started walking towards the kitchen, leaving a confused Sasuke behind.
Said boy rose up from the couch and followed the blonde. He found the boy sitting on the counter, crying.
“Naruto…” Said the darked haired boy sofly, while approaching his long time crush.
Naruto looked shocked at Sasuke and whispered his best friends name.
As he saw said boy getting too close to him, he thought Sasuke was going to hurt him. So he shut his eyes as hard as he could and lowered his head, getting ready for the blow.

Surprise washed over the blonde boy as he felt a soft hand caressing his whiskered cheek and pulling his chin up, to meet with onyx eyes.
It was then and there that it hit him. As he looked beyond those infinite pools of black, he got all the awnsers to his unspoken questions. It was him. Uchiha Sasuke was the love of Uzumaki Naruto’s life. The one whom he could AWAYS trust in, the one who made him feel safe, the one who truly loved him for who he was.
The one he truly loved.
No. It wasn’t Sakura. It was, and probably always has been, Sasuke

Those onyx eyes were coming closer and closer to his azure ones, gradually closing, as the dark haired boy accommodated himself in between the blonde’s legs.
Naruto repeated those actions and fully closed his eyes as soon as a pair of soft lips touched his own.
It was heaven on Earth.
Narutos arms wrapped around the Uchiha’s neck, as Sasuke’s arms wrapped around his waist.
Both boy’s lips meshed perfectly against each other, in a passionate, yet soft kiss, as their tongues dancing in a slow tempo with each other.

When they broke for air, both smiled at each other. But not just any type  of smile. A genuine, true, smile.
“Come on, Dobe” Said Sasuke as he reluctantly let go of his love and pulled his hand.
“Were to, dattebayo?”
“Bed. I’m really sleepy, and I don’t feel like going home now, so I’ll just sleep here instead.” Replied the dark haired boy as he pulled the Uzumaki upstairs, passing through the mess said boy made in the living room, making a note to himself to clean that in the morning.

“I love you, Dobe” Said Sasuke as he hugged his blonde lover closer to his body, cuddling with him underneath the bedsheets.
“I love you too, Teme”
Sasuke smirked and kissed Naruto softly on the lips, before both boys drifted to sleep in a warm embrace, never wanting to let go.
